Our events range from small local get togethers to bigger days out that bring several schools together. Some are for children, some are for the whole family, and some are aimed at teachers and parents who just want a chance to swap ideas outside of a busy corridor conversation.
We try to keep a mix throughout the year, so there's usually something coming up whatever season it is. Half term activities, outdoor days, indoor workshops when the weather isn't cooperating, and the occasional bigger community event that takes a bit more planning.
Every event is organised with input from the people who'll actually be there, teachers, parents and often the children themselves. That's part of why they tend to feel less like a formal school activity and more like something people actually want to turn up to.
