So What Do We Do?

At the heart of Schoolmix is a simple aim, to make school life feel a little more connected for everyone involved. In practice, that means organising events, building relationships between schools, and creating resources that genuinely help teachers and parents rather than adding to their workload.

We work directly with schools to understand what would actually be useful, rather than assuming we already know. That might mean a joint event between two schools, a resource pack for a busy classroom, or a family day designed to bring parents together in a relaxed setting.

Everything we do is shaped by the people it's meant to help. Feedback from teachers, parents and children directly influences what we run next, which is part of why our events tend to feel like they were built with a specific community in mind, because they usually were.
